Treasurer
Hiya! I’m Gwern, and I’m a second year studying Robotics, Mechatronics and Control Engineering and I’m currently serving the CU in the role of Treasurer. My hometown is Aberystwyth on the west coast of Wales, which means I have a very slight and subtle Welsh accent.
As treasurer, I will be responsible for all the financial aspects of CU such as budgeting, managing spending and any fees/donations. My challenge for the coming year is ensuring that every single pound we spend as a CU is for the mission and for God’s glory. This is clearly not a easy task but I know I won’t be doing this through my own strength but through his.
I can’t wait to see more students join and get stuck into spreading the good news on campus. Feel free to drop me a message, or come find me hiding behind the tech desk in any of the CU meetings.
